Entry Method:

E-mail from your cellular phone: Use your camera phone to take a photograph of any Pepsi AND Frito-Lay product (see Rule 2 for the list of Pepsi and Frito-Lay products) together with product logos fully visible and e-mail it to match@pepsico.com. Participants must have a mobile phone with a camera feature and data plan or data capability to enter via this method; and may incur a standard data or text message charge from their wireless service provider for each entry or message sent or received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. You will receive a reply message. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. 
2. MMS from your cellular phone: Use your camera phone to take a photograph of any Pepsi AND Frito-Lay product together with product logos fully visible and MMS it to match@pepsico.com. Participants must have a mobile phone with a camera feature and data plan or data capability to enter via this method; and may incur a standard data and messaging charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent or received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Entry by MMS constitutes your agreement to receive the bounce-back text messages and, if applicable, text messages and/or calls for prize notification and instructions on how to claim your prize. You will receive a reply message. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. 
3. E-mail from your computer: Use your digital camera or camera phone to take a photograph of any Pepsi AND Frito-Lay product together with product logos fully visible and upload the photo on your computer and send it as a jpeg file, less than 1MB in size, to match@pepsico.com.
4. Your computer: Upload a photo from your computer or take a photo with your webcam of any Pepsi AND Frito-Lay products together with product logos fully visible and send it as a jpg file, less than 1MB in size when visiting http://www.playultimatematchups.com/.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY method Internet: Visit www.matchsnapwin.com ("Website"), during the Game Period, and follow the instructions to properly submit an online play for a chance to win a prize (subject to verification).

Prizes:

1. First Prizes (70 total; 2 per day): Each First Prize consists of two (2) tickets to one (1) regular-season NFL game (the "Game"). Winner may request a particular Game to attend, however, final determination of actual Game, date and seating to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. First Prize consists of game tickets only. It does not include any travel or parking. ARV: $190 each First Prize.
2. Second Prizes (5 total; 1 per week 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30 and 2/5) Second Prize consists of one (1) mini fridge and a one (1) year supply of Pepsi and Frito-Lay products. The free products are awarded via coupons - - 52 coupons for one (1) Free Pepsi-Cola 12 pack product and 52 coupons for one (1) free Frito-Lay XL size product. ARV. $1,000 each Second Prize.
3. Third Prizes (10 total; 2 per week) Third Prize consists of one (1) 4GB Xbox 360 Console, wireless controller, one (1) month Free Xbox Live Gold membership and 2012 EA Madden game. ARV: $250 each Third Prize.
4. Fourth Prize (350 total; 10 per day) Fourth Prize consists of one (1) $100 NFLShop.com gift card. ARV $100.
5. Fifth Prize (2,800 total; 80 per day) Fifth Prize consists of one (1) $50 NFLShop.com gift card. ARV $50. Sixth Prize (7,000 total; 200 per day): Each Sixth Prize consists of one (1) $25 NFLShop.com gift card. ARV $25. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Total ARV of all prizes (including instant win and sweepstakes) is up to $380,500. Limit one (1) instant win prize per person/household (e.g. one First, or Second or Third or Fourth, Fifth or Sixth Prize).
All eligible Game Plays will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Drawings to award the Grand Prizes.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Each week one (1) Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27 and 1/31 by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person/household.
