Rite Aid 101

As of this post I am aware of 7 money saving programs available at Rite Aid:

You do not need a Wellness+ card to participate in the SCR Program.  Rite Aid predominantly uses Single Check Rebate's SCR.  Select products that are eligible for a SCR can be found in the weekly circular and the montly SCR book.  View the SCR online HERE or pick up a book the next time you stop by Rite Aid.

To participate in the SCR program you can to sign up HERE.

You may only request a SINGLE CHECK per month.  If you purchase SCR eligible items and immediately request a refund check you will be unable to participate in the program for the remainder of the month.  I suggest logging into your account and adding SCR eligible items throughout the month and submitting it on the last day of the month.  Click HERE to start entering you SCR eligible transactions.  Keep in mind... you will need your Rite Aid receipt when submitting and item for a SCR.

To participate in the Wellness+ Program you need a Wellness+ card.  Stop by your local Rite Aid to get a Wellness+ card or enroll online HERE.  When you enroll online you'll get your first coupon for $5 off a $25 purchase.  If you already have your Wellness+ card click HERE to activate your Wellness+ account online to get your $5 off a $25 purchase coupon.

Earn points everytime you shop.
Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on non-prescription purchase
Earn 25 points for every prescription you purchase.
Certain limitations apply.

125 points ~ 10% off shopping pass
500 points ~ 10% off all non-prescription purchases everyday & free health screenings
1000 points ~ 20% off all non-prescription purchases everyday
Certain limitations apply.

You need a Wellness+ to participate in the +UP Rewards Program.  +UP Rewards are coupons that print at the bottom of your Rite Aid cash register receipt when you purchase a qualifying item.  A +UP Reward can be used toward any other item in the store (certain restrictions apply).  Available +UP Reward items can be found in the weekly circular.

A Wellness+ card is necessary to participate in the B&S Winter Rewards.  This program is available January 23, 2011 thru February 26, 2011.  Get a $20 +UP Reward when you spend $100 or more on specially marked products.  Look for the B&S symbol throughout the weekly circular to determine which items are included in the B&S Winter Rewards.  The $100 spend requirement is calculated before any coupons are deducted.  See the following example that I am taking from this weeks ad:

Hershey's Pieces, Drops or Minis 2/$5
Use 01.30.2010 SS Insert Coupon $2/2
Use +UP Reward Coupons $3 off any Purchase
Final Cost Free

Receive $5 toward $100 B&S spend requirement.  As you can see you don't literally have to spend $100 to receive the $20 +UP Reward.  Click HERE to view answers to commonly asked questions.

A Wellness+ card is necessary to participate in this program.  The Allergy Rewards Program is in addition to the B&S Winter Rewards Program.  For every $75 you spend on Zyrtec and Benadryl Allergy OTC Products you will receive a $20 Rite Aid certificate electronically.  The spend requirement is tracked through your Wellness+ card and determined before sales tax and less any coupon discounts.  Other exclusions include the purchase of any prescription or prescription co-pays.   Click HERE to register for the Allergy Rewards Program.  This program is available January 01, 2011 thru December 31, 2011.  Limit 3 $20 +UP Allergy Rewards per qualifying household.

A Wellness+ card is necessary to participate in this program.  The Heart Healthy Program is in addition to the B&S Winter Rewards Program & the Allergy Rewards Program.  Wellness+ members get a $20 +UP Reward with a $50 purchase of select Heart Healthy products or a $10 +UP Reward with a $30 purchase of select Heart Healthy products.  From what I understand once you reach the $30 spend requirment the $10 +UP Reward will print on your receipt and once you reach the $50 spend requirement an additional $20 +UP Reward will print on the bottom of your receipt.  This program is availble January 23, 2011 thru March 26, 2011.    Click HERE to view qualifying items

Video Values are online video advertisements available for registered Wellness+ members to watch & earn coupons.  Video Values coupons are store coupons.  Store coupons can be stacked with manufacturer coupons and +UP Reward coupons at Rite Aid.  See the following example that I'm taking from this week's ad:

Halls Cough Drops (2) 1/$1.50
Use ALL YOU February 2011 Coupon (2) $0.50/1
Stack with
Use Rite Aid Video Values Coupon $0.50/1
