Kmart Sales & Coupons 01.30.2011 thru 02.05.2011 Actual Purchase

This week Kmart is doubling 5 coupons up to $2.  This means that if you have a $2 coupon they will double it to $4... However, based on my experience there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which coupons are doubled.  To take advantage of the double coupons your order has to come to $25 BEFORE coupons...  This is what my trip consisted of...

Soft Soap (10) 1/$0.99 (limit 5) 1/$1.29 (after limit is reached) (Charged me 1/$2.99 see note at bottom)
Use 01.30.2011 SS Insert Coupon (5) $1/2
Doubled (3) Soft Soap Coupons (1) $1/1 & (2) $0.98/1
Refund $2.99
Use Coupon $0.30/1 (I believe this is the coupon the cashier scanned from the ad)
Final Cost 10/$1.85

Meadow Brook Milk 1 Gallon 1/$3.29
Oreo Cookies 1/$3
Use in ad Coupon 1/$2 (shows up as $1 coupon on receipt)
Stack with
Use Display Coupon $1.50/1 WYB Nabisco Cookies & Milk (I found this coupon on a display)
Stack with
Use ? Insert $0.50/1 Gallon off Meadow Brook Milk (I can't remember which insert this coupon was in b/c I cut it out immediately knowing I would use it.
Doubled Milk Coupon $0.50/1
Doubled Oreo's Coupon $1.50/1
Final Cost 2/$1.29 ~ (1) Oreo Cookies, (1) Gallon Milk

Bic Razors (4) 1/$5.21
Use 01.0.2011 SS Insert Coupon (2) B1G1
Stack with
Use Bricks Printable Coupon (2) $2/1
Final Cost 4/$6.42 or $1.61 each

I had to go back to the service desk because they charged me full price for one of the soaps ~ Instead of adjusting the price accordingly she gave me a full refund... Works for me!

Plus the (2) $2/1 razor coupons didn't scan and the cashier didn't catch it... (Received a refund)

I had an idea in my head of what the total should have been & I knew that something was wrong when I saw that total... that prompted me to review my receipt... COUPONERS BEWARE.... ALWAYS have an idea of how much you're spending!

Transaction Total $9.56 + Sales Tax $2.21 = $11.77

Deal Idea:

Bic Razors (5) 1/$5.21
Use Bricks Printable Coupon (5) $2/1
Kmart Doubler (5) $2/1
Final Cost 5/$6.05 or $1.21 each!!!
$20 Saving's!!!
