PRIZES:  One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) to Indianapolis, IN, to attend Super Bowl XLVI scheduled to occur on February 5, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”). Grand prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guests from an airport nearest the winner’s U.S. home to Indianapolis, IN, two (2) double occupancy standard hotel rooms for four (4) nights, four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLVI Game, four (4) tickets to the Pepsi® Super Bowl Party (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), ground transportation between hotel, Game and Event, $500 in spending money and four (4) gift bags. Estimated retail value (“ERV”): up to $13,250 depending upon winner’s point of travel origin.

Five Hundred (500) First Prizes will be awarded each consisting of a $15 Dollar General gift card.  ARV: $15. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions stated thereon, subject to applicable law, and is not redeemable for cash.
